Does everyone need to install an app?

No. EvenKin runs in the browser, on any phone or computer, so there is nothing to download from an app store. People tap your invite link, type their email, and they are in. Anyone who wants the app feel can add EvenKin to their home screen, where it behaves like a native app with push reminders.

What if the person we care for is not tech savvy?

They never have to touch a screen. EvenKin is built for the people coordinating the care, usually adult children and relatives, and your loved one does not need an account, a phone or a password at all. The family logs visits, meals, medications and appointments on their own devices, and the person receiving care simply benefits from better organized support.

Is our health information safe?

Yes. The Health Vault, where medications, documents and doctor contacts live, is encrypted at rest, and only members of your care circle can open it. EvenKin never sells data, shows no advertising on any page that contains health information, and supports full data export and deletion. Payments are handled by Paddle, so we never see or store card numbers.

Who can see what we log?

Only the members of your care circle, the people you invited by link. Each care space is isolated by design, so families never see each other. The Health Vault is encrypted at rest and the key is held outside the database. EvenKin support does not read family logs, and every administrative action is written to an audit trail; that is a policy and audit guarantee, not end to end encryption, so we do not claim it is technically impossible. If someone leaves the circle, they lose access; the records stay with the family, in one place, with a clear history of who logged what.

What does EvenKin Pro cost, and who gets it?

EvenKin Pro costs US$ 19.90 per month or US$ 149 per year, and one subscription covers the whole care circle: when one person upgrades, every member gets Pro automatically, with unlimited care spaces, the full 30 and 90 day history and an unlimited Health Vault. The free plan includes one care space and the last 7 days of history, forever.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, in two clicks from Settings, with no retention calls and no guilt. Pro access continues until the end of the period you already paid for, and after that the circle simply returns to the free plan. Nothing is deleted: the care log, medications and documents stay safe, and history beyond 7 days pauses until someone upgrades again.

Yes. EvenKin is built for phones first, because caregiving happens on the go: logging a pharmacy run from the car, checking medications at an appointment.
