Email is the way to reach us, and it reaches the people who actually build EvenKin. Questions about the product, about your account, about privacy, or about whether this fits your family are all welcome, and so is criticism.
Write to our team
Every message goes to the people who build EvenKin. We reply as soon as we can. We do not publish a response time we cannot honor, so if something is urgent for your family, say so in the first line and we will treat it that way.
Where to write, by subject
One address handles almost everything. These are the details worth adding to your message so we can help on the first reply.
Help with the app, bugs, account access
Write to support@evenkin.com. Tell us the email address you use to sign in, what you were trying to do, and what happened instead. If you cannot receive the magic link at all, write from another address and mention the one that is stuck.
Privacy, data export, account deletion
Write to support@evenkin.com with the subject line Privacy. You can also request an export or erase your account from Settings inside the app. What we collect, how the Health Vault is encrypted and how shared family records are handled on deletion are described in our Privacy Policy.
Billing, invoices, refunds, cancellation
Write to support@evenkin.com. Payments run through Paddle as Merchant of Record, so Paddle issues your invoice and returns refunds to the original payment method. Any charge can be refunded in full within 14 days, no questions asked, and the rest of the rules are in our Terms of Service.
Press, partnerships, everything else
Write to contact@evenkin.app. This is the general address for anything that is not a support request: press questions, partnership proposals, or a note from someone who works with family caregivers and thinks we got something wrong.
Where else you can find us
We post about family caregiving on Instagram at @evenkin.app. Direct messages there are read, but support requests are answered faster by email, because that is where the account details we need can be shared safely.
One important note
EvenKin is not a medical or emergency service, and this contact page is not a way to reach a clinician. In a medical emergency, call your local emergency number. For medical questions, talk to the qualified health professionals who care for your loved one.
